Fix an event’s time or date
Start with your display time zone. It is the most common cause, and changing it does not alter any event.
Every event is off by the same amount
Open Settings → General and check Time zone. Auto follows your device, and a fixed time zone stays put when you travel. Choose the one you want the grid to use.
A calendar with its own time zone, such as a Travel calendar, uses that zone instead. Its top bar shows the zone it uses; choose another there to change how you see that calendar. On a phone, use Time zone in the navigation menu.
One timed event is wrong
Open the event, expand When, and compare its date, time, and Time zone with the original invitation or booking. An event set in another time zone shows on your grid at the equivalent time in your display time zone.
A flight is wrong
Check the departure and the arrival separately. Each has its own date, local time, and time zone, and the arrival can fall on a different date.
An all-day event is on the wrong day
All-day events use dates, not times. Check the start and end dates in the event.
If the dates are right and the event still appears on the wrong day, report it to support. Do not shift the dates to compensate.
