Calendars

Organize your own items and include other calendars.

Calendars

A calendar owns events and periods. Main, the private calendar every account has, is first in the nav rail. Create more calendars to separate a project, a shared schedule, or a trip.

Kinds of calendar

  • Your calendars. You create and edit these. You can share a Blank calendar but not Main. Calendar types covers the trackers.
  • Shared calendars. Someone invited you. You can view their events but not edit them.
  • Subscribed calendars. Public calendars from Discover, such as holidays. They are read-only.

See calendars together

A calendar can include other calendars so their events appear in one view. Included events keep their owner and permissions. Nothing is copied.

Move an event between calendars

Open the event and choose another calendar in its editor. You need permission to edit both the event and the destination calendar.

How many calendars

Every plan allows unlimited calendars.
