Show calendars together

Including a calendar shows its events inside another calendar's view. The events stay in their own calendar and keep their permissions, so including a calendar never makes its events editable.

Include a calendar

1. Open the menu of the calendar you want as your combined view and choose Open editor.
2. Find Included calendars and choose Add calendar.
3. Pick a calendar from the list.

Drag the rows to reorder them.

Show a calendar on Main

Open a calendar's menu in the nav rail and turn on Show on Main to include it in Main without opening Main's editor. Turn it off to take the calendar out of Main. Every new calendar you create is included in Main by default. Some calendar types can only be included in their owner's Main.

Hide or remove an included calendar

Turn off a calendar's switch to hide its events from this view. The row reads Hidden, and you can turn the calendar back on at any time.

Choose Remove from calendar to take the calendar out of the list. Neither action deletes events.

If an event is missing

Check that its calendar is in Included calendars with the switch on. Then check that no filter is hiding the event.
