Archive

Restore archived events, periods, and calendars, or delete them permanently.

Archive

Archiving an event, period, or calendar removes it from your views and keeps it in Settings → Archive. Each row shows Deletes in N days. When deletes an item permanently 60 days after you archive it.

Archiving a calendar hides its items with it. Restoring the calendar brings them back.

Restore an item

Open Settings → Archive and choose Restore beside the event, period, or calendar. You can also restore a calendar from Archive in the calendar manager.

To find an item, choose Events, Periods, or Calendars above the list, or type its name or calendar in Search Archive. To restore several items at once, check each one, or the box above the list to select every match, then choose Restore.

Delete permanently

In Settings → Archive, open the ⋯ menu beside an item, choose Delete permanently, and confirm. To delete several items, check them and choose Delete. You need an internet connection to delete permanently.

Important

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Deleting a calendar permanently also deletes the items it owns.

If other members added items to a calendar you delete, their items move to their own Main calendars.
