Welcome to When
Events are appointments, flights, bills, and other dated plans. Periods mark longer stretches, such as a trip or a project. Both belong to a calendar, and a calendar can include other calendars so you see their schedules together.
Where to start
- Create your first event.
- If you keep events in another calendar app, import them from an .ics or .csv file.
- Read Events, periods, and calendars to learn how the three fit together.
- To see what changed recently, read What's new.
Find your way around
On desktop, the nav rail on the left opens Dashboard, Inbox, and Discover, and lists your calendars, with Main first. Help, Send feedback, and Settings sit at the bottom of the rail.
The top bar above the grid holds the date controls, search, filters, and the view switcher. The sidebar on the right holds your widgets and the When agent's chat.
On a phone, the same destinations are in the navigation menu. See Use When on your phone.
