Column view

Follow a schedule across months in side-by-side day lists.

Column view

Choose Column in the top bar to see consecutive months side by side, each as a vertical list of days. Column view suits a trip or project that crosses a month boundary, because you can follow it without changing pages.

  • Move between months: Scroll horizontally. With a mouse, hold Shift while scrolling, or hold Space and drag.
  • Open an event: Click it.
  • Move an event: Drag it to another day, including a day in a different month.
  • Open a week: Click a day in a month's mini calendar to open that week in Week view.
  • Open a month: Click the month name to open it in Month view.

Press ⌥T to return to today.
